How we make this

AssociationAI runs a small daily pipeline: research an angle, draft an MDX post with Zod-validated frontmatter, editorial review, then a human publish gate before anything goes live.

• Researcher — association-mapped brief (what commercial and government teams do → what any-sized nonprofit can leverage).
• Writer — MDX in content/posts/ with status: draft.
• Editor — approve or request changes against voice and schema rules.
• Publish gate — set status: ready or published, merge to main, CI builds.

Draft posts stay in the repo but do not appear on the public site or in static routes. Frontmatter fields like draftNotes and youtubeInspiration are for the team — inspiration only, never pasted scripts in the body.
