    The three questions that pick your branch (what data, who uses it,
    what decision it changes), a comparison of the three branches, a
    decision row, and a filled-in teaching example for a fictional
    1,800-member trade association.

HOW TO USE IT
-------------

1. Fill in the branch-decision worksheet with your ED, your IT contact,
   and one person who will use the data (twenty minutes).
2. Work the setup checklist in your Google Cloud console, one branch at
   a time. The branches keep, so one never blocks the others.
3. Run the result check at the end: project on the association's
   Workspace account, a second Owner on the project, egress reviewed.
