Each label gets one line: a name plus a definition. Copy this list into
your own map and rewrite any definition that does not match how your
people actually work.

mentors: one person guides another person's growth over time (runs one way)
introduced: one person made a first meeting happen between two people
employs: an organization pays a person for their work
advocates for: a person or group publicly supports a cause or decision
trusts: one person relies on another person's judgment
serves on: a person holds a seat on a committee or board
nominated: one person put another forward for a role or honor
co-chairs with: two people share leadership of a group (runs the same way both ways)
referred: one person recommended another for an opportunity
sponsors: an organization funds an event or program
testified on: a person gave formal input about a decision
asked advice from: one person sought guidance from another
