Expected format
First row is the header. Columns, in this order:
name,category,rating,reviews,quote,keywords
Rules: category must match one of your chatbot's category ids (for example catering, av, venues, registration). rating is a number from 1 to 5. reviews is a whole number. keywords are separated by semicolons. Wrap any field containing a comma in double quotes.
