HOW TO USE IT
-------------

1. Fill in the worksheet with the one person who knows what your tables
   mean (the descriptions are the highest-leverage work).
2. Follow the tutorial's ten-step build checklist in BigQuery: Agents
   page, Agent catalog, New agent, sources, customization, Settings,
   Preview, draft, publish.
3. In Preview, ask the five questions your ED asks every quarter. For
   each: the answer is right, the SQL is sane, the standing rules held.
   Then publish, select Data Studio as a publishing option, and share.

Honest prerequisite, repeated from the tutorial: data agents require
billing enabled on your Google Cloud project. This cannot be completed
inside the BigQuery sandbox.
