Two-week AI pilot planner — starter kit ===================================== WHAT THIS IS A fill-in-the-blank version of the two-week AI pilot method from the AssociationAI tutorial: "Run Your First AI Pilot on One Workflow in Two Weeks" https://associationai.ai/posts/first-ai-pilot-one-workflow/ The tutorial owns the teaching. This kit operationalizes it: a blank plan template that walks the same ten steps (week one: set up and run; week two: measure and decide), plus a measurement log for the week-two comparison. Nothing to install — open pilot-plan.md in any text editor. Try the interactive browser planner first (no signup needed to use it): https://associationai.ai/demos/ai-pilot-planner/ FILES pilot-plan.md The ten-step plan, blank, with space for your goal sentence, stop rule, baseline, decision, and the tutorial's check-your-result checklist. measurement-log.csv The run log: date, run, metric_value, notes. One row per run — this is what week two compares against the baseline. HOW TO USE IT 1. Fill in the workflow, baseline, goal sentence, and stop rule BEFORE running anything (tutorial steps 1-3). 2. Add one row to measurement-log.csv for every run: what you asked, what came back, what you fixed (step 5). 3. In week two, compare against the baseline, count the costs — including fixing and review time — and make the call: keep it, change it, or stop it (steps 6-8). 4. Write the one-pager and file it where the next pilot can find it (steps 9-10). HONEST NOTE This kit is the tutorial's method in document form — it does not run the pilot for you. The value is the discipline: a written baseline, a stop rule decided while you are still neutral, and a decision you can defend with your own numbers.
