Accommodation request tracker check
It reads a CSV list of requests from an event registration form and points to the ones a person should look at: requests with no owner, status or category, requests still unanswered or gone quiet, requests that arrived after your deadline, outside-provider requests that may run out of time, preferences nobody confirmed, repeated requests, a service animal and an allergy in the same session, declined requests with no reviewer, and too few listening devices. It never approves or denies a request.
The page lists requests for a person to look at. It never approves or denies a request. Every number below is a setting you can change. Each one is this tool's own setting, not a standard or a legal requirement, and published guides do not agree on one number. A request received after the request deadline is a note for a person to look at, never a reason to refuse it. The sample file is a made-up teaching example.
Requests to look at
Row 1 is the header and row 0 means the whole list. The page shows request IDs and notes only.
No requests to look at. That does not mean every request has an answer.

Notes
- It lists and does not decide. The page never approves or denies a request and never edits your file. A person decides each listed request and records the decision.
- A short list is not a clean bill. The check reads the columns above and nothing else, so a request can be wrong or unanswered in ways it cannot see.
- Dates must be year-month-day. Days are calendar days, not business days, and a row with a bad received date is reported once and skipped for the late and unanswered checks.
- The categories are ours. The conflict check covers only a service animal request and an allergy request in the same session, and a repeated category for one registrant may be a second, different need.
- The request text column is optional. If your file has one, the page reads past it and never shows it.
- The download copies cells from your file. A value that starts with an equals sign, a plus sign, a minus sign or an at sign gets a leading apostrophe in findings.csv so that a spreadsheet program does not run it.
- It reads one CSV file of up to 5 MB. It does not read workbook files, and the table and the download list the same rows.
